Hotel Hollweger, Sankt Gilgen

Staying at the hotel was an unforgettable experience. The rooms on the top floor offered breathtaking views of the Wolfgangsee and surrounding mountains, although they felt slightly poor. However, they were immaculately clean, and room service was efficiently done during our delightful breakfast time. The service was excellent overall, even though some staff members didn't seem as friendly at first. The location on a hill overlooking St Gilgen was large and lovely, offering beautiful views but being on the edge of the village. The dining options were good, with a variety of choices, although some found it expensive. The facilities were top-notch, making the stay quite enjoyable.

My stay at the Hollweger was an absolute delight! The hotel boasts some of the most beautiful rooms I have ever seen, with fantastic views of the lake and town. While they could benefit from a touch of modernization, the rear-facing rooms offer serene views of the lake.
